You can't install your
.ipa file from the public install page of Bitrise.
If you can't install your
.ipa file from the public install page, check:
- If the device's UDID is included in the provisioning profiles the app was signed with. You can do this manually on your machines and on the Developer Portal, or if you're using the AutoProvision solution, you can register the test devices to Bitrise and have it sync the devices to your profiles automatically.
- If you have pasted the link into a non-incognito Safari browser session. If you just open the link, the device will open a Safari View Controller session, which will not expose the device UDID for the website and it can't recognize the device. You can recognize a Safari View Controller session by the "Done" option in the top left.
If you've done both of this, please reach out to our support with the related builds URL and the device UDID(s) so they can check it out!
