App icon not updating

Issue:

After updating the app icon on the Settings tab and clicking Save, the change doesn't take effect. Reloading the page results in the old icon appearing.

Possible solutions:

You can try:

  • Opening an incognito window in your browser and updating the app icon in incognito mode.

  • Clearing the browser cache and trying the update again.

  • Using a different browser.
