As shared in August 2021, Bitrise’s new Teams and Velocity plans feature faster build infrastructure, more build options, and increased flexibility. The new plans are based on credits used per build minute, at a rate determined by the compute type used for your workflow.
Existing customers who are on Bitrise’s concurrency-based plans (the Org Standard and Org Elite plans, and older plans like Concrete, and Indie) can remain indefinitely, but new customers can no longer sign up for these plans.
What does the future look like for concurrency-based plans?
Today:
-
You’re able to reach out to support about trialing or switching to a Teams or Velocity plan
-
You’re able to add concurrencies to your monthly concurrency-based Org plans, up to max 5 concurrencies in total
-
You’re able to upgrade your Org Standard to an Org Elite plan
-
You’re able to downgrade, remove concurrencies or cancel your concurrency-based plan
-
You will not be able to change your monthly concurrency-based plan to an annual one
From March 31st 2022 on:
- You will no longer be able to add concurrencies to your monthly or annual multi-concurrency plans (Org Standard, Org Elite), regardless of the amount of concurrencies
- You will no longer be able to upgrade from Org Standard to Org Elite
- There will be no compulsory migration from Org and Org Elite Plans to Teams, Velocity or Enterprise plans.
Please note that concurrency-based plans will not be supported in several upcoming platform updates, including new, faster compute options and pipeline management.
As a team, we’re committed to providing the best experience for all our customers and end-users. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with questions, concerns, and feedback.
And if you’re stuck, we’re here to help.
