Change in Xcode 14
In Xcode 14
CODE_SIGNING_ALLOWED is set to
YES by default.
When building your iOS app, you receive the following error message:
Signing for 'X' requires a development team.
Open your app on Bitrise.
Click thebutton on the main page.
Select the Code Signing tab.
Upload a valid Development Certificate if there isn't one.
Make sure the Development team identifier is set for the target(s) in the error message.
If you are receiving signing errors for your 3rd party Pods, as a workaround, you can add the following
post_install hook to your Pod file:
post_install do |installer| installer.generated_projects.each do |project| project.targets.each do |target| target.build_configurations.each do |config| config.build_settings["DEVELOPMENT_TEAM"] = "Your Team ID" end end end end
