Issue:
When accessing our Support Help Center through your Bitrise account, you might receive a request to verify your email. A problem occurs when the verification email is sent to an address that is no longer associated with your Bitrise account, or, when in an Org, the email address belongs to a former member.
Possible solutions:
We recommend that you drop an email to [email protected] with a short summary of your issue and the old email address. We will delete the old one and you will be able to use the new email address.
