Issue:
After updating the app icon on the Settings tab and clicking Save, the change doesn't take effect. Reloading the page results in the old icon appearing.
Possible solutions:
You can try:
Opening an incognito window in your browser and updating the app icon in incognito mode.
Clearing the browser cache and trying the update again.
Using a different browser.
