Bitrise Support User is not enabled for your app and you need our Support team to look into your builds to help with a technical issue.

Go to the Settings tab of your app on Bitrise.

Scroll down to the Enable Bitrise Support User for this app and toggle the switch to the right to enable it. You might need to refresh the page to see the enabled status.
