Issue:
User is unable to upload p12 certificate under codesigning tab due to error pkcs12: expected exactly two items in the authenticated safe
Possible solutions:
When you export the p12 from Keychain, be sure to select both the certificate and the private key.
When selecting private key only, you will receive the following error
pkcs12: expected exactly two items in the authenticated safe
